I am very happy with my experience with Eden Trees. My online request for a quote was attended to straight away. Phil visited us two days later to give us advice about the tree and the quote was sent out a couple of days later. Once we decided to go with this company, the job was done within two weeks. We had a few large tree removals and some trimming to be done and we are 100% happy with Eden Trees services.After having Dean for the quote with lots of useful advice given to us, we decided to choose Eden Trees over other cheaper alternatives.We were a bit worried that we couldn't be on site during tree work but there was no need to be concerned. Mitch and his team did absolutely amazing work with great communication & extra care. The team magically cut trees low without damaging other plants so close to the stem. They also cleaned our driveway where mulch can be a big mess.It was definitely the best decision we made. We will go back again for any future tree work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Happy with the experience of a residential clean up with full removal of two trees. Organised the job with confidence and all conducted cleanly. I had considered trying a cheaper route for tree trimming, but I've ended up satisfied going the safe and reliable choice. Dean and team professional and good to work with.Lawn was pretty wet but the machinery was right for the job and had reasonably low impact.

We had a very large tree removed that was situated between two sheds and I was concerned about how this job was going to be done. If you need trees removed this is the company to call they did an excellent job very professional turned up on time they are all likable chaps easy to talk to and nothing is to much trouble. They brought the trees down and cleaned up the area not a trace of the trees were left on my property. Absolutely fantastic company from the first point of contact right up to leaving the property.I had issues trying to engage someone to remove a dying tall native tree in our back yard right on the fence border. Once I had contacted Eden Trees it was a quick process to get someone out and talk through the logistics. It was a pain free process with great communication.Mitch and the team came out to remove the tree on a 37 degree day with incredible professionalism. They are very customer focused and considerate of you and your neighbouring properties. Despite the high temperatures and heavy work, the team did it all so quickly.We are so impressed by the job well done and can’t recommend them enough!

Great experience with Eden Trees, Dean and his team did awesome on a large difficult job. The maintenance and removal of a large number of huge trees, combined with multiple owners and Body Corp and a multitude of obstacles. Phil and crew turned up promptly and with some discussion and great advice from Phil as how the job was going down, they proceeded to go right to work. I did ask Phil if i could get some logs for steps and he asked me the size and there they were, ready and stacked neatly for me. They were fast, efficient and very approachable.Last but not least, Robyn was a pleasure to deal with. Eden Trees did an amazing job removing 3 gum trees at my place a month ago. One of those trees was 30 mt high with branches everywhere. I was impressed with Dean, the aborist and the rest of team as they all worked in sync to get the job done. They had a good health & safety plan in place and protected my property on the ground. Very happy with the price as other quotes included getting cranes in which makes the job more expensive. Totally recommend Eden Trees and would use them again.

Great service! Response was great, Phil came down and gave a good quote and had his men come down a few days later and commenced a fairly hefty tree removal and trimming process involving multiple trees. Work was done in a day and my yard was given a new lease of life. Very happy with their services.

Really great experience, Phil was knowledgeable from the beginning and gave us some tips regarding our garden bed as well. We even tried to get 2 other companies out for quoting, one didn't show and one showed up but never gave us a quote, so quite unprofessional. Glad we went with Eden trees!When Micah and his team came out they were professional and very friendly, he also gave some further tips and how to be able to prune our mango tree ourselves from now on. We used Eden trees today to remove a 45 foot tree leaning too far into the street and seven other trees. In addition all trees removed including the large one had their stumps ground down. The Eden teams pricing was very good and the team themselves were on time, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning up and all without damaging my Neighbours large beloved Frangipani tree which had grown into our large tree. I could not recommend Eden trees more highly.

I have used Eden Trees service twice now, first one was couple of years ago. They did remove a small tree on my property, and I have to say that they did an excellent job on that one. Fast forward couple of years later to 2020, They did another tree removal on my backyard in a quite narrow garden bed. Phil and his team always performed the task carefully and professionally. The price is also reasonable.They also leave the site/location clean and tidy after they performed the work.     TREE PRUNING, TREE TRIMMING & TREE LOPPING

    All three terms mean pretty much the same thing in the tree maintenance industry, just some people have a preference for one over the other. There are many reasons to hire professional tree loppers to trim or prune your trees including, dead wood removal, crown reduction and raising, removing branches from powerlines, removing tree limbs from structures and making the tree safe for pedestrians.

    TREE REMOVAL

    Sometimes deadwooding a tree or branch removal is not enough and the whole tree will need to be removed. This could be because the whole tree has a disease or is dead, and the structural integrity has been compromised. Some other reasons include public safety, to protect property, obstruction of services or planned new developments.

    Usually, a full tree removal will require approval from Gold Coast city council, before the tree work can commence. For information about how to apply for a permit to remove a tree or other information on the vegetation management code, visit the councils website here.

    STUMP REMOVAL

    Removing any size tree will leave a stump in the ground. This stump may be unsightly, cause a trip hazard or prevent the planting of new trees or vegetation to regenerate the area. Our stump grinder is the fastest way to completely remove a tree stump with a finish thats sits below ground level.     FIRE WOOD SUPPLIES

    No one likes to see good wood go to waste and neither do we. We generate a lot of tree waste and sell firewood to the public at great prices.

    WOOD CHIP MULCH

    Some of our tree waste is not suitable for firewood and get shredded into wood chip mulch. This mulch looks really good in gardens and is often used for area beautification. Get a load of woodchip mulch by using the link.

    ARBORIST REPORTS

    Often required to support development applications or for permits to remove trees. These reports require a certificate 5 consulting arborist to attend the property for a tree inspection from which they will compile a legal report for submission to council.
